Happy Horsie

Barbaro is apparently feeling frisky one day after his five-hour ordeal on the operating table. Even with a successful procedure, though, his doctors still say his chances of survival are about 50-50. Not great, but better than most horses suffering his injuries.

So, how serious was his fractured hind leg? Check out this post-surgery X-ray.
